and Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

The item is damaged in transit (proof required within 48 hours of delivery).

The wrong item was sent.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
2. Exchanges
• Products can be exchanged only if:
• You receive a defective item.
• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once dispatched or in production (for custom orders), cancellations are not possible.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, made-to-order, or used items.

Sale or clearance items.
5. How to Request a Refund/Exchange

• Order ID
• Photo/video proof (for damaged/wrong items)
• Reason for return
