Refund
and Cancellation Policy

We take pride in our quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy before placing an order.

1.⁠ ⁠Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The item is damaged in transit (proof required within 48 hours of delivery).

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

2.⁠ ⁠Exchanges
   •    Products can be exchanged only if:
   •    You receive a defective item.
   •    You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
   •    Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once dispatched or in production (for custom orders), cancellations are not possible.

4.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized, made-to-order, or used items.

  • Sale or clearance items.

5.⁠ ⁠How to Request a Refund/Exchange

   •    Order ID
   •    Photo/video proof (for damaged/wrong items)
   •    Reason for return
